Onboarding takes place as follows:
Orientation & Kick-off
Introduce new users to Bloomreach and our onboarding support team, establishing support methods and communication channels.
Onboarding Plan
Establish goals and project tasks for personalized onboarding of Bloomreach customers and solidify specific tasks and timelines between customers and performance.
Bloomreach Configuration
Add users, link emails, connect SNS accounts, upload data, and configure settings. Set up basic scenarios for automated campaigns and activate dashboards for analysis.
Practice with Project tasks
Apply the Plug & Play use case and assign missions for users to execute, enhancing skills through practical exercises directly.
Revise the growth goal
Through onboarding, we work with users who are familiar with Bloomreach to set and adjust new growth goals together.
Future training & Ongoing service
We guide you through the team and system for future learning, and guide you through on-going services. Finally, satisfaction with onboarding is measured and concluded.

Product-specific onboarding is required when purchasing Discovery and Content. Quotes for product-specific onboarding and custom onboarding are provided based on the client's specific needs.
