Although my brand can use various digital media, I primarily focus on content planning from the perspective of brand management strategy. For instance, I may suggest posting information about an event for a 30-year-old housewife in the Gangnam area on Facebook.
How can we shape our digital marketing strategy to best suit our business needs?
Firstly, I aim to integrate marketing campaigns to ensure cohesive marketing across all departments.
Due to the organizational structure and the scope of responsibilities, we need to transform the limitations that hinder the implementation of a unified vision for the perfect brand experience for customers.
Secondly, I strive to engage in real-time interactions with customers based on their purchasing journey to enhance their overall experience.
I want to provide customers with the content they desire and deliver our brand message precisely when they need it to elevate their experience.
Lastly, it is crucial to consider advanced digital marketing capabilities and improved processes through the specialized digital marketing organization, the Center of Excellence. Whether it's executing simple tasks through shared services or seamlessly integrating advanced operations like big data analysis or AI marketing into our workflow, I am eager to enhance our digital marketing strategies.
